You could do it, but you have to be careful to not use information that only you would know when creating the profile.
This wouldn't be FC/OC afaik, since if its your own original series it would be its own copy-right which would need to be on VSBW proper. FC/OC would be about stuff like Pun-Pun the D&D Kobald wizard or character from the Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi. But if its just an OC in a vacuum then it would belong to that site.
