What is anti-Regenerationn?

Basically what it says. It nulls regen to a certain extent.

In fiction, there are numerous weapons that can nullify the regenerative abilities of their targets.
For instance, Gáe Bolg and Gáe Buidhe from the Fate series both inhibit regen with two different curses. Gáe Bolg simply makes wounds that can't be healed naturally. Gáe Buidhe makes the world recognize the wound as having "already healed" even when it hasn't, which is compared to lowering the Max HP of a character in an RPG.

@Reppu I think you got the wrote the wrong spear name, Gáe Buidhe is the Anti-Healing spear and Gáe Dearg is the Anti-Magic spear.
