They are all being who transcend existence itself, what if they are all just aspects of each other? We see it with Yog-Sothoth and Azathoth, with Yog, a tier 0 being, being part of another tier 0 being. What if they are all just part of each other? Does that make sense?

not all tier 0s are comparable in strength for example nyarlothetep could slap TOAA and hes a tier 1

idk it wouldnt really be much of a stretch to presume that the highest tiers of tier 0 know eatchother

TOAA only transenced 1-A whereas nyarlothetop is an elder god. the first gate are a thing containing characters from 11-B to 1A the second gate is pretty much an entire transcendance above that the "11-B" characters from the second gate would be able to stomp any characters from the first gate. this happens over infinite amount of gates and above the gates are the elder gods

very few fictions even approach this power so since we cant really put every elder god into tier 0 we just stick them in the highest of 1-As

No. Azathoth is not the same person as TOAA. If anything the idea of Azathoth is a running gag for our/the writers imagination. Azathoth is just as real as us in some way, such a being couldn't be the same as Kami etc. In terms of his dreams, yes, he is everyone as he is omnipresent (His dream is all of reality).

Most tier 0 looks similar because they are inspired by the same ancient ontological ideas of supreme beings and omnipotence. Tier 0 didn`t started in "vs forums" it started with ancient phylosophical/metaphyisical stuff dating from the beginnings of history.

Back to your question, if we did a massive crossover from all verses then most tier 0 will be not different from each other by virtue of transduality type 3-4.
