Well, the case when a person firing a gun is a good case of attack speed >> combat speed I guess? ( unless you mean the time to deploy the attack rapidly)

As I said above, in this case it isn't anyone using a weapon (such as when a soldier fires a laser) but rather someone doing the actual attack. Also there are Ex-Skills that don't show anything close to MFTL+ and they still can't miss so this has nothing to do with it. Not that it matters since again, point 2 and 3. The party actually travels to the edge of the Universe in the normal ending to reach Undisputed God Chou Chou (and they had no idea where she disappeared to in the whole Universe) so there's also that.

Characters are basically becoming 3-B and Massively FTL+, scaling from Deified Vorgis, who can destroy multiple galaxies with an attack, and was going to devour the entire universe over time.
