What happened to room level tier?

It became Small Building level

Because room level sounds supid and just a glorified wall level, while small building feats are more common.
Plus it makes the progression from wall to building smoother, well, ingnoring the gap being 1400x.

Small Building by definition is nuking a shed that consists of one room; but otherwise, it seemed more preferable than room level. But basically what last MLG said.
