What exactly is Imaginary Space?

Depends entirely on the series. Many series have some form of imaginary space, but the qualities on them can vary widely from one to another.
Okay, so there is a series which utilizes the concept called “Ideocosm”, which is defined as the “Space/universe of all possible ideas” where everything that can be explored, mapped and exploited is and has it’s own physical laws, phenomena, fundamental forces and mathematics.

This seems like something complex enough that it would require its own thread with scans and quotes to properly define.
