Title's self explanatory. I would like to know the difference between that and a stomp. Thanks!

Well this is something that's been debated over multiple times but in general a stomp would be if the other character literally had no way of winning either through getting blitzed, Haxed or AP stomped.

A decisive win would be if the characters had a way to beat each other and it's a chance it could actually happened.

So, as long as a character has win-cons, it will be considered a decisive victory?
