What Does "Transforming Truth" Mean Here?

Okay, this is going to be pretty hard for me to ask without causing some confusion, but this is something that caught my eye out of curiosity and so im here to ask.

What do we consider "Truth" here to be? Not in the sense that its a "truth vs lies" kind of thing, but rather, truth in the sense that its some kind of law? Like if something is said to have the power to "transform truth", is that worth any kind of ability? Or is it something that's just super flowery?

Feedback on this would be appreciated.

Truth, differnt from fact, its subjective: what its true for someone, it may be false for another one. As for what power would involve "manipulating truth", welp, in extreme cases it is Subjective Reality, powers like characters like Hiiragi Yoshitsune can perform, but without explicit showings its flaver text.

Gotcha. So lets say a verse says that someone can transform truth using the power of their imagination.

Given imagination is the medium for manipulating it, would that be akin to saying they have subjective reality?

Wouldn't take statements too literal, and rather wait for actual showings (or at least, more technical descriptions).
