What does "Meta story" and "hyper narrative " means?

Any supernatural being in the verse is capable of interacting with the hyper-narrative.

People with high "fate value" are protected by a Meta-Story that makes them essentially become the protagonists of the world

the characters in Instant Death are indeed, like characters in a page of a book, and the narrative protects the people with high fate value, and characters like Yogiri true form are beyond any kind of Plot in the verse
