What Calculation to use when forming a massive Ice Storm?

I was wondering, what is the latest information here on what to use when forming a massive ice storm? kinetic energy or what?

We have a reference for a Snow Storm Calculation, maybe you can look at this. Takes into account Condensation, CAPE, and Temperature Change.

If mass is moving by someone's power than that means you can use Kinetic Energy to find out how strong they are.

Doesn't matter if it's a normal storm, snow storm, or an ice storm.

Can you give an example of what you mean here?

The example is Invel Yura’s ice storm feat from Fairy Tail.
