There aren't any. You just have to evaluate the feats.
No. It's not enough at all especially mastering only 8 martial arts. All the stuff with photographic memory and prediction comes back more to abilities and it would count in total as Genius at best. There is a staff thread that tries to establish requirements and you will find there what is roughly necessary for EG.
