1. Nothing unless they have a feat that can be calced as producing infinite joules
2. Low 2-C. I don't think this wiki has ever discussed the difference between infinite and uncountably infinite spaces
3. Infinite speed at best and you can only gauge the output of the attack for AP, so if the infinite slashes only destroy a building, it's building level
