The depths...

Anyways, depends on what is meant by worlds I guess. Considering it mentions cosmos, maybe you can argue 2B.
 
A galaxy typically has around a trillion stars (as a minimum) with at least 1 planet/world per star, so this would probably be the higher end of 4-A. You could also argue 3-C I guess, but it would just be a very small galaxy.
