if Char A sealed Char B power, makes B cannot activate all of his ability, what does Char A got other than sealing? it is just sealing?

If the sealing works by preventing the receiver from being included in the concept that they get their power from being part of, then actually yeah it would be sealing that functions on a conceptual level and would warrant giving the sealing user concept manipulation
