Mainly soul damage.

I'm going to assume it hits the targets spirit/soul so that falls under damaging the soul which in turn falls under Soul Manipulation.

Doesn't seems to be a mortar attack, some kind of stunning attack that negate durability, and how you hurt an already dead person that is not the target?
