A character is capable of making their will synonymous with another characters existence. Here is the quote:
"You've what? No wish to do as I say? That hardly matters. It is impossible for you to oppose me. My will is synonymous with your very existence."
But that character was capable of opposing them anyways, meaning they have resistance to said ability:
