What abilities would this exactly give?

So I can't really decide but I think you could give mind manipulation, fear inducement and something else. Thoughts?

Among the citizens of the capital hit by the roar’s magic, a third of them instantly fainted, another third collapsed from paralysis or overloaded senses, and the final third found themselves lost in the midst of pure fear and despair. It was so strong that it possibly sent those with a weak mind or body into an eternal slumber.

Sound Manipulation, Biological Manipulation → Mind Manipulation → Paralysis Inducement, Sense Manipulation, and Fear Manipulation.

Biological Manipulation, because the roar seems to be affecting the body and brain first and foremost, which then leads into the other, explicitly stated abilities.

At least, that is how this seems to me.
