Um, well, dunno if it's much help, but I can give my two cents. The card itself seems to follow the Yu-Gi-Oh mechanics if anything, I mean has the structure of a Fusion Monster and uses the same terminology (LP, spell and trap cards, monster, etc.)
【Eternal Wandering Abyss·City of Sinking Death-Zhu Zhoutian】
[Candle Day Clan/Effects]
['Hongshi the Great' +'Zhu Zhoutian']
【This card cannot be summoned normally. In the preparation phase, you can pay 1000lp to special summon from hand, card group, graveyard, exclusion zone, and card printing. The special effects of this card will not be invalidated. Can’t activate the effect corresponding to this summon]
It should say, "This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You can pay 1000 LP to Special Summon from your hand, Deck (I assume that's what card group means as there's no other place to put cards during a game), Graveyard, Banished Zone and "card printing" (dunno what this means, I assume it means from outside the game from your other cards).
In the game you get 1 normal summon per turn, which is essentially a free summon. Special Summon means summoning with the effects of other cards. This could be, of course Summoning, with Life Manipulation (the LP cost). The Graveyard are essentially your dead cards and Banished cards, according to lore, are lost in another dimension (though not always, sometimes it depends on the effect of the card itself). So essentially it can be Summoned from the dead or from another plane.
Second part should say something like "This card's effects cannot be negated. Your opponent cannot activate effects in response to this cards Summon". I'd say this is resistance to Power Nullification, though I am not sure what would be preventing your enemy from taking actions altogether.
[When this card is successfully special summoned, all the cards in the hand, on the field, and purpose except for the card holder will be excluded from the game. When this effect is activated, the effects of spells, traps, and monsters cannot be activated]
Essentially, here it says it banishes all cards from the hand, field and I think the Graveyard? As I mentioned above, YGO kinda establishes that banishing is sending to another dimension. Once again it states no cards can be activated in response to this. I would go with Dimensional Banishment possibly?
[This card will not be the target of any effect, will not be destroyed by battle, destroyed by effect, will not be liberated, except, sent to the graveyard]
I think this means Invulnerability. It cannot be destroyed by attacks nor special abilities, essentially. Don't know what liberated means, if it means it can't be banished then would be resistance to BFR? The translation is confusing.
[When this card is summoned, an unlimited number of direct attacks on all other cardholders and monsters]
Lol, well. Your monsters can only attack once per turn unless they have an ability or effect that specifically allows them to attack more than one time. This would mean taking an unlimited number of actions in that same timeframe, since it can attack an unlimited amount of times other monsters and players.
[The monster destroyed by this card will become a new card and be Special Summoned on the field]
This is confusing as well. I guess it means a monster destroyed by battle with this card is summoned to your side of the field under your control. Morality Manipulation and Resurrection, maybe?
[With this card, you can win directly]
Kinda unecessary given this monster has infinite attack, but I guess it means if you declare an attack on the opponent you automatically win the duel. Though AFAIK insta-win conditions are usually just game mechanics unless they provide more details.
Sorry if this is a bit of a nothing burger, I tried my best. This is a very peculiar case.
