Even if she's bloodlusted, she admires Chainsaw to an obssessive degree and knows good and well that he's stronger to the point she views the fight as unwinnable without nerfing him so no conquest diff for her just like in canon me thinks.
As for how the fight goes, he regens through bio manipulation (though it would stun him like darkness), the hybrids are fodder that he can use for blood, he's comeback from BFR from the hell devil and getting launched into space already, the 1k spear is not hitting bro, and he can eat her to either weaken her or just erase her from existance (Her ultimate desire).
Due to his regenerative quality, his ability to just keep fighting after being killed, his years long stamina, and just he no diffs her many times over, I think he has this still.

Makima has a lot of ways to win this battle. She will use Conquest (of course) and really turn Pochita into a "dog". She can also "prick" Pochita with Bio hax and best of all, Cosmo Fiend, which can make Pochita "high". Okay, I will vote Makima until someone has a better argument for Pochita.
