EDIT: Actually, looking at the video, it doesn't seem like the car is blasted into tiny fragments, it only looks like the fuel combusts into a massive flame.

We don't have a standard value for car explosions?
We do, but that's for fragging and v. fragging. Deflagration is a whole other beast to deal with that doesn't rely on material destruction but rather on fuel capacity and heat and all sorts of other heat-related wacky shit. AKA the variables can wildly vary here so standardizing values here really doesn't work.

And even if it did we'd have to confirm that the deflagration could even damage objects like cement concrete buildings or stuff, or else it doesn't work.
