For Waynes Standard Equipment he has the Beretta M9. However looking at the Standard Equipment page, it states “Equipment listed as standard should be equipment the character has access to in a majority of their canon appearances”
Now in Wayne’s case he only had the gun at the climax of the movie and doesn’t have it anytime before then. Considering it says the character has to have it for the majority of the time, Waynes Beretta M9 wouldn’t qualify for standard equipment and therefore should be moved to Optional Equipment.
Obviously you can argue against this and say “hes a police officer he has access to it at all times” now unless he has it on his person and we can visibly see it on him (and we see that he has access to it whenever) Then it would qualify, but from my memory I don’t particularly recall him having this gun on him for the majority of his appearance, nor can we prove that he has access to it whenever. (burden of proof)
In conclusion Waynes Beretta M9 should be moved to Optional Equipment
