Wasn't sure if this was appropriate to put on the Calc Group Disscussion Board, so here seems safest to ask for some help and advice on a feat.
I'm working on a verse I've recently introduced, Puzzle and Dragons and we're using a lot of generally accepted calculations (Natural Lightning, for example), but the verse has a good number of feats and I'd like to get them calced for more solid numbers rather than using baselines and generally accepted calcs.
The one on my mind right now is for the low tiers. One of these low-end monsters, Melagios, has an entry that states:
"This monster's fiery breath is so powerful that it can evaporate small bodies of water instantly. It occasionally uses this special ability to catch fish."
So my question is, what would be a good range of assumptions for the size of a 'small body of water'? We only get a statement here, never see a Melagios actually do this, and I can't find any generally accepted size for what a 'small body of water' would be.
