I’m assuming his pain tolerance and stealth would help him out. Plus Focus isn’t helpful unless he’s in range of being shot. Though maybe it would be better to give him knowledge of Aiden’s hacks so he can’t just blow him up.

Blitzo's resilience isn't immortality. He's merely ignoring pain, but if he sustains massive damage, his body will collapse. His lack of awareness of this will be a problem, as the damage to his body will eventually affect his biomechanics, shattering joints or causing severe bleeding. Of course, this only happens in the best-case scenario if the fight drags on, since Aiden can detect his stealth by hacking a nearby camera and analyzing his surroundings. And obviously, it's worth emphasizing that if Blitzo gets too close, he'll have no chance to react to the Focus, so... I vote for Aiden.
