According to the Game Manual of NC2, Wallace can touch his axe when it turns into Flamming Axe (Surrounded by Heat)

Indeed Wallace can touch his flamming axe...

In conclusion, I wanna be able to add Resistance to Heat Manipulation. into Wallace's profile.
