They both start out in their base forms, netiher are bloodlusted. Vriska has just mamed a monster for trying to attack her, thinking she might be a human. Undyne steps in. Vriska has her dice in her pocket.

It's pretty much a stalemate once Undyne goes UtU. Sure, Vriska might be faster and have better hax. But UtU's durability pretty much makes up for this, and she also has much, much higher AP. But, as stated, as far as known, Undyne is still much, much slower. And does not have much hax at all to offer.

UtU is very situational. In Undertale, we only see it once, and that's when Undyne thinks that if she doesn't win, the entire world, both humans and monsters, is going to die if she doesn't.

Well I mean base Vriska has all her god tier powers and feats, it isn't like a super saiyan thing you turn off and on.

If that's so, Vriska blitze before Undyne can do much. As stated before, Undying is really situational.

If that was Undying vs Ancestral Form, I would give it to Undying. Enough dura + Green Mode will eventually hit her.

This is kind of dependent if Undyne can access her Undying form. If she can, Undyne wins. If not,then I would say this match is a draw/inconclusive.

if you assume trolls have roughly the same biology as humans, then Vriska roflstomps. and that's not even counting the fact that she's basically a god

That's not how it works. Even Homestuck humans don't have the same characteristics as UT humans. And being a god means nothing.
