Will vote for the Rake due to a simple matter:
Out-range.
This guy has Standard Melee Range and 2 abilities while we have Rake's several meters. SBA says they will start at several meters and whenever Rake doesn't want someone close to wherever he's staying, he uses his mind haxes to get them to f*** off, and if for some reason they don't for some days, eventually they get so scared that they end up F-ing themselves.
Tang Sanzang is said to not usually put up physical fights and neither is the usual way of Rake to do stuff. The Rake doesn't like talking either and Tang Sanzang have no statement of talking to animals, while Tang has standard human weaknesses...and standard humans is what Rake's used to scaring away for centuries... and Tang's talking is not affecting Rake before Rake's abilities start f****** up his mind due to, again, range.
