That Storm Feats can scale to the characters AP and Environmental Destruction is an old thing. So I was wondering does their mean Vortex can be upgraded to straight up High 6-C/Large Island Level?.
This wouldn't be for his Striking Strength as it's unkown if their that strong tho. His durability probably wouldn't scale as Vlad did cause him pain but it didn't seem to actually damage him. Plus he only actually could be harmed by that weapon the Observer Ghost created and when that got destroyed nothing could stop him except for Danny using PIS.
So what I'm proposing is.
Attack Power: Large Island Level (Created a Planetary Storm)
Durability: Large Building Level (Took an attack from Vlad who is superior to Danny)
