So i noticed a lot of VN characters are like hyperversal and whatnot. Are VN's supposed to be like power trips?

A lot of (if not most) VNs aren't very powerful, at all. However, some of the most notable ones are immensely powerful.

What else but that stuff and Lovecraft's stuff. The Fulcrum used to be 1-A until its true power was set to Unknown.

Basically all the characters in Katawa Shoujo are 10-C. The majority of all the other non-supernatural and sci-fi visual novels are filled with 10-Bs. Even I think Ace Attorney doesn't have any exceeding Room Level or even Street Level.
