There are cases where they only view the physical 3D world as fiction but not the entirety of the 4D structure.

Discussion in tier 2 revision it should be 4D if it specifically mentions and implies only viewing the 3D world regardless of how that doesn't make sense logically

Is the world referring to the entire space-time continuum or a part of the 3D space(like the Earth)? In the former, yes, but in the latter, the first realm would be Low 2-C and the second would be Low 1-C.
