What has this Spider-Man achieved in terms of combat prowess?

He's commonly taken out mercenaries, many of which are trained proficient in martial arts, swordsmanship, and marksmanship. A few examples:
-Silver Sable
-Kraven the Hunter
-Shikata. She's a swordswoman implied to have been alive for quite a long time, sustaining her prime physical form through supernatural means and avoiding death through old age for quite awhile. Additionally, we've seen her take out a mansion guarded by armed men. She viewed Spider-Man as the only opponent worthy enough of striking her down in combat, referring to both his strength and skill
-Pterodax. A group of Ex-KGB agents supplied with high tech weaponry
-On top of this, the same kinds of criminal threats Videl is tasked to take on are fodder for him as shown whenever taking on casual crime

So yeah, I think Spider-Man has a fairly significant skill advantage here. Flight won't be an issue given he's fought Pterodax and Electro. Additionally, his webbing's going to give Videl some issues. Spider-Sense also makes Videl's attacks less likely to land. Voting Spider-Man via skill and abilties
