The ratio for Country level is incorrect, the difference between Country level and Large Country level isn't 14x.

100/7 is ~14.28x
4,184×10^23/2,9288×10^22 is also ~14.28x
And since you guys do use fractioned numbers on the AP ratio, this should probably be fixed accordingly.
Or ~14x if you want to resume it.

The ratio for Town level is also incorrect, it is ~17.24x, even if you were to resume that, it's closer to 17 than 17.5x
