The explosion makes mountain ranges in the distance look tiny by comparison and even many miles away it was felt as an earthquake. Gotta be tier 6.

Not much, most of the text is censored. It says that Madarans have "pure physical strength", the names of each Madaran and a ONE note that they should make the Madarans slightly different from each other so they don't give the same impression as the robots.

The wiki says they’re at least 500m tall, that Kaiju should be far above that in size.

Tsar Bomb's mushroom cloud was over 50 kilometers and it is just 58 megatons. I wouldn't bet on it. I think we can refer to this chart when it comes to earthquakes though.

So I came up with this rough timeline of events:
So it has been a pretty rough week for humans huh...
Day 1:
Hallow confronts Jachi at night, his party gets killed, he is defeated and sent falling down the river
Day 2:
Hallow wakes up early in the morning (it doesn't seem like it was that long since Zaybi found him as he was still around and even the Demons caught up relatively quickly by tracking the smell of his blood).
The World Merge happens, the humans from the Magic Forces World and the Robot World meet and set up a small camp. The Robots and Demons appear once again and the fight lasts just a few minutes, they fly away and reach the Fortress in half a day, Hallow passes out during the flight.
Day 3:
Hallow wakes up and assists Zaybi in rescuing people, after that's done Zaybi gathers everyone to discuss about the World Merge and strategy going, Garasp shows up a bit later and then Alio makes his appearance.
During this day it's also revealed that Kiva has been fighting the Advanced Robot for hours and managed to defeat it.
Day 4:
Alio reveals the Giants are coming and it will take them about two days to reach the fortress. Later that same day they begin their plan to redirect them to the Neo Human city, the plan goes as well as it could have went, everyone dies and Alio is defeated.
Unknown amount of time passes but it should be at around two days since command seemed uncertain if the plan worked or not until Kira the fairy came back and Hallow was able to rest and heal.
Day 6-7?:
Kiva finally locates the Fortress every event after this happens in like 20-25 minutes or less.
