Verses having things more fundamental then concepts?

If a verse is shown to have things like x manipulation where x is said to be even more fundamental then type 1 concepts do we allow the usage of x manipulation in vs battles wiki?

I'm pretty sure that would just give you layered Conceptual Manipulation, since Anos (or more accurately Venuzdonoa) has that and we treat it as such.

We could say that the Logic in MG is even more fundamental than Concepts. And weapons like Venuzdonoa or MEoCD who can manipulate, destroy, alter the logic and are unbound of it are far superior

This is just my personal interpretation based on what I know of the logic in MG.

Concepts are already fundamental ideas.

Something that is more elementary than a concept would just be another deeper concept. One that likely encompasses more things than the other.
