Were there any instances of the verse getting nuked due to profiles being bad but never recovered? Or is the deletion obligated to come with the profiles being rewritten? (This obviously does not include SCP or verses that were moved to FC/OC. Just verses that were handled very poorly)

What do you mean by recovered? If you mean deleted, but then re-added, then yes, it happens. But it requires whatever the reasons for the deletion to be resolved.

The question was whether there was an instance when the verse deleted but was NOT re-added. For example, due to the lack of interest from community. If you know such incidents, could you please give specific examples?

Oh, Demonbane is one. The verse was deleted, and someone did a Cosmology CRT for it, but no one has bothered to actually add it back to the wiki.
