I don't think any of the feats listed are 9-B (beyond the grenades obviously), it all looks 9-C

Stamina, Range and Intelligence ratings shouldn't be bolded

Just not being easily manipulated doesn't really net you social influencing

If possible you should add references, unless the comic is very short

I don't really see a reason to "scale" other characters to Amelia's intelligence or stamina?

Also generally you should capitalize the first letter in parenthesis ("should scale to his AP" -> "Should scale to his AP")
