Going by the profiles, the soul/mind/info 2 is the same in HSR, if Vergil doesn't have feats to affect Info 2 he won't be able to do anything with her soul, besides Acheron resisting soul manipulation as well.

DMC Vergil isn’t doing jack, especially you unequalise the speed which just gave Acheron even more of an advantage. This is an utter stomp; at least change it to one of his 2-C keys with equalised speed.
