Woah, I thought Eggsy had it here. Turns out Venom is safe from his poisons and his better enhanced senses can help him out here. Eggsy may have the ability to put him to sleep and has gadgets that are Venom's weakness but he should know that and easily take those away from him.

Eggsy is unprepared for the fight so he wouldn't exactly know how to counter Venom and by the time he does (If he does) it will be too late. Guns are useless. Fire & A high frequency sound are Venom's weaknesses so pretty sure Venom takes this.

I'd like to add more reasons to my vote. Since Eggsy is unprepared, he is unlikely to use his lighter or any of his arsenal that can hurt Venom. There's a higher chance of him using his guns instead of his other gadgests while Venom just laughs it off and proceeds to kill him.
