Vehicle's Standard Crew

After looking at an old thread somewhere, and talking to someone I decided to make this thread to at least recommend having what kind of crew would be required to operate a vehicle in the profile. This would be useful for having matches with these vehicles.

also, could we make Standard Assumptions for these kinds of matches?
