post Zamasu heal SS2 Black is = to SSB Vegeta pre Rosat who scales massively above BoG SSG Goku whose 3-B feat is faaaar above Baseline. hence why the CSSBs are at the + aka almost 3-A. SS2 Black going with this isn't really thaat far from 3-A

SBV2 is > SBV1 who is > SSJ Vegito who is >>> SS3 > SS2 > SS > Base GT Goku = almost 3-B.

SBV2 is likely hundreds of times Baseline but I don't think that's enough to give a fight to Black unless he goes for taking his body.
