Toppo is a amateur who was trained for a minuscle amount of time at best compared to a GoD's lifespan. Champa received far more training than he did. Any GoD could stomp Toppo, really since regardless if Toppo is intended to be Belmod's sucessor it's illogical for Marcarita to train him more than Belmod.
Ultimately, Champa wins for the same reasons as his brother through much more training and experience. Even if that's relatively low for god standards that's more than enough to deal with Toppo.
