Soooo, since Moon can't kill Uriel( doesn't have inter-dimensional range in this key) she will likely start with her sealing technique which worked on Planetary-size beings.

sealing maybe? The sailor crystal has the power to seal( which was said to be able to banish the target's existence also) - sealed Metalia, an intangible being spanning all over the earth's surface

Dispel bounds have certain resistances to sealing( the case when DS tried to seal Porno with his magic which banished souls of several demons) tho we don't know the exact potency it could handle.
