Upscaling Ahoy

Ok so, since the accepted high-end of the calc for the T-102's feat is literally 0.95x baseline 8-C, is there really any reason that anything superior to it shouldn't be 8-C via upscaling?

This at least scales to the Tyrant T-103, Nemesis and William Birki AP-wise, and to anyone who can survive hits from them dura-wise (This is probably basically every RE protagonist ever)

EDIT: G5 William could probably be upscaled to High 8-C as well since 8-C is tiny and even G1 is at least baseline

Wut, baseline 8-C is 250 kgs, the tyrant's feat is only 23 kgs at most, the only way they would be higher is if they can tank a rocket launcher since it one-shots high 8-C monsters, and it'd be exclusive to their durability.
