When the meteor explode in manga we can see the range and the size of Z-city from the space (you can see the whole continent in that Image for comparison) so shouldn't that make all the city in OPM country size?(which mean upgrade for the Attack Potency of some character like Tatsumaki and others?)

It's a matter of perspective nothing more, the city isn't country sized.

I dont think like that i mean,really? just go look into Google Map and see how continents looks,this is not perspective this is look like country size for my opinion
