Unrestricted Bill Cipher vs The Doctor

The Key To Time give the doctor equal power to the six gfold god, who is above the time lords, who REMOVED THE CONCEPT OF MAGIC FROM EXISTENCE. Doctor wins.
 
Time Lords are not 11-D. They have 11-D weapons and tech, though.

The Six-Fold God essentially is the Six-Fold realm itself, which contains dimensions 6 to 11 compared to the normal multiverse's 5 (4-D universes contained in a 5-D brane). The Six-Fold God is essentially as high of a high 1-C you can get.
 
The Doctor via Existence Erasure, the Moment (who's questionably Nigh-Omniscient) and the Key to Time.
 
Hmmm the Doctor is infinite in speed vs Bill's Immeasurable, does this change much? I mean, the Doctor has fought Omnipresent/Nigh-Omnipresent beings, and lived to tell the tale.
