Universe/spacetime question

I've been looking at the dbz map and was wondering if there can be two spacetimes/4-dimensional models inside another spacetime/4-dimensional model, because that seems to be the case in dbz. But just putting dbz aside, is it possible to have two 4-dimensional models inside another 4-dimensional or would that be 5-dimensional?
