So in my opinion there should be a slight change to the tiers between 3-A and low 2-C.

3-A should be "Observable Universe level"

High 3-A should be "Infinite space level".

Low 2-C should be "Universe level"

And anything above baseline universe level could be Universe+ level.

My reasons for this is because it's a little more clear. I have 3-A as observable universe level because it's self explanatory generally speaking and for most newcomers to understand better. I put high 3-A as infinite space level because again it's self explanatory and high universe level just sounds like you're above baseline 3-A. Low 2-C I put as universe level because the actual universe is the space time continuum. The universe+ thing I suggested was for characters that reach high levels of low 2-C. The gap between low 2-C and 2-C is unquantifiable, so it's really unknown if low 2-C times 2 is 2-C or still low 2-C. So I think the + is necessary because we can't quantify what is takes to destroy another universe.

I actually think this is a good idea and I hope it doesn't get controversial.

3-A includes feats that go beyond baseline observable universe busting so nope.

High 3-A is fine as high universal because you can be that via infinite 3-D power and or limited 4-D power on universal scale, your suggestion excludes the latter.

Universe level: Characters who can destroy all of the physical matter within an "observable universe" at full power. More specifically, usually via an explosion, omnidirectional energy blast, or a shockwave, that encompasses all of the stars and planets within a universe.

I think observable universe level is better, and an observable universe can vary in size between different fictions. It's not like the term universe level limits feats to baseline.

My suggestion doesn't exclude anything, it just makes things more clear.

I'm not sure, it might cause problems with the char. and gaps despite the premise of being more clear.

I think that it is better to keep the names the way that they are. They are clarified enough to not cause any confusion for our visitors, and would cause lots of unnecessary work to change.

Also, I prefer the current names over the suggestions.
