Let's assume
Universe 1 is chaotic and doesn't make sense because it has no order. but one thing known about it is it has multiple dimensions from multiple timelines lets assume 2-4 for now with unknown size and dimension 1 as a whole is a universe in size.
Case#1
Dude 1 comes from a different dimension as Universe 1 and created his own dimension 2 and completely severed universe 1 space and time from it and locking everything in dimension 1 into 1 planet size dimension along with the other timelines inside it, thus he now has the entire universe for dimension 2 making it universe 2. So Universe 1 is now planet-sized because of dude 1

Dude 2 comes created and copied universe 2 except the planet size dimension 1 in his own universe 3 separate from universe 2 spatially
