A Low 2-C can destroy a single universal space-time continuum, a 2-C can destroy anywhere from 2 to 1000, unless the Low 2-C has powerful hax a 2-C would stomp

@DodoNova2 Reality Warping, Void Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Soul Manipulation and Mind Manipulation most things that ignore durability.
If a Low 2-C character has these kinds of Hax and the 2-C doesn't or has no resistance to these abilities then the 2-C will get stomp. Though it still can come down to other statistics like speed but with speed equalization that is out.
Note: If the Low 2-C's hax only effects weaker characters then that changes everything as it wouldn't effect the 2-C character
