How fast would someone have to be to react to an explosion if both are submerged underwater?

Underwater explosions

The radius of an explosion is highly reduced underwater, so I guess it pretty slow compared to the ones that detonate in normal conditions. No, we (or at least me) do not known about a related equation.

It could also be faster, due to the speed of sound in water being higher.Antoniofer said:
