Uncle Grandpa vs Utopia (Utopic Dragon)

As random and OP Uncle Grandpa is, he just can't match up to Exodia. Exodia is a primordial being in which his power reaches no limits. He can wipe any being away with one fell swoop regaurdless of what durability strength. This is mainly given because of his card effect to insta win. In anime terms that means he blows away any monster regaurdless of strength. This includes the three gods. So i give this one to Exodia.

Uncle Grandpa has a very high durability, he even has a factor 1 immortality. However he is incredibly dumb. Utopic dragon has the ability to negate any effect being used. Such as uncle Grandpa's reality warping. To add insult to injury Utopic Dragon can destroy all opponents in one fell swoop. Then there is his Mind Manipulation abilities. He can use this at anytime thus having Uncle Grandpa work under Utopic Dragon. This battle i will firmly place in Utopic Dragon's hands (or talons).
